I made a guide for being left alone without saying “leave me alone,” because direct communication is apparently cheaper than therapy but still disgusting.

I made an emergency plan because apparently “panic correctly” is not specific enough for some people. Running, hiding, blaming the building, and making it Wayne’s problem all count as preparedness if you write them down.
